We had our kitchen and living room right next to it (open concept) remodeled 4 years ago with APlus and it still looks absolutely beautiful! The quality of their work is amazing even after all these years. You have to live in the space for a while to really tell if the job and quality are good, not right after. We have white shaker-style cabinets and I was worried about the sharper edges getting dinged, doors sagging or getting misaligned over time, them getting dirty or marked up from our 3 dogs (and their thrown toys), or dirt being trapped in the grooves but this hasn't happened and it still looks almost brand new. The counter they installed, which we made to look like a thick piece of concrete, was installed with ZERO seams visible and still has no dings, stains, or marks of any kind. It still looks brand new and we ALWAYS get compliments. All I can say is that the quality this company puts in really shows years later. As in ANY construction job, during the process there will be possible delays, miscommunications, things that just need to get fixed right away, but this is totally normal. They are dealing with a lot of subs and a lot of supply that needs to be picked out, shipped, etc. Nothing is perfect. Just make sure you have complete open communication and if something doesn't look or seem like you expected, talk to them right away. We also did not really use their kitchen designer (who ended up leaving during our job which happens) and spent minimal $ to have our own kitchen designer come up with a layout and colors. Overall, APlus came in almost right on schedule (maybe a little over) and on the original budget but all that is noise compared to what you get for years on. I still look at my "dream" kitchen and living area in disbelief of how beautiful it is and the whole family spends most of our time in this space (especially during the covid shut-down). You can't go wrong with this company!
