My dog is incredibly important to me and when choosing a team to care for her it is really important to trust that they will provide the services they promise and in a way that aligns with the mission statement they promote. This was not the case when using MedVet. After leaving my beloved dog in their care, they communicated that they were no longer able to provide her the care they promised and we paid for and it was then my responsibility to pick my dog up from their facility and transport her to another facility while she was in a precarious medical state. This was incredibly disappointing and could have caused serious harm to my dog. I will not promote this business, nor would I use them in the future because they are unable to uphold the mission statement they promote.
