Jonathan was professional, personable, kept me in the loop with constant updates on my issues. Gave me options in resolving my problem with my air conditioning system.
Update: I must say one more thing. I ended up replacing my system. Drew, the sales guy, saw me struggle to close the door leading to garage. He took a few minutes and tightened the screws on the hinge. The door easily closes now. He didn’t have to do it but it impressed me that he he went above and beyond. This thread of attention to detail was reflected by the other technicians Matt and Joey also. My house looks better than ever. By the way, the air-con is working pretty sweet!
