We have recently completed our loft conversion with Rooftop Rooms. Even at the quote stage, I was impressed with the provision of a sketch showing a plan view layout of the new bedroom and bathroom, which helped considerably in understanding the detailed quote itself. Throughout the project we were kept informed of the weekly schedules and the project manager was always available and addressed any issues promptly. Payments were based on staged milestones, thus avoiding any misunderstandings. All tradesmen (carpenters, plasterers, roofers, electricians and plumbers) were polite, professional, respectful and always on time. We lived in the property throughout the project with relatively little inconvenience.
Very pleased with the overall experience and happily recommend them to anyone else.
