I got a sprinkler system installed a few years ago and everything was fine even though I had some issues with the practicality of what was being done everything worked out fine. Since then booking service appointments for starting up my system or making a small repair have gotten difficult and expensive. Compared to other companies in the area I was paying almost double for a service call and waiting twice as long to get issues dealt with. So If good customer service is as big to you as it is to me I'd recommend looking for other companies to install or upkeep your sprinkler systems

Sorry for your bad experience solofire but we are 100% sure you’re not one of our clients. The likelihood of one of our clients leaving a bad review about our installed systems is extremely rare and if there is a problem with a system we take care of it quickly as we back up all our installs. 99% of the time when we have repairs it’s not a system that we actually installed. It’s one we picked up from another installer that wasn’t installed properly but we do what we can to get them up and running better without it costing the client a fortune. The other 1 star we got by someone else a couple years ago is just an example of the bogus reviews you can get on Google and yes all of our prices have gone up due to covid and gas prices but my prices are the same as most of our competitors.
