If you are considering taking a kitesurf course, I'd highly recommend LAB.
Both their locations at 's-Gravenzande and Rockanje are great (although Rockanje picks up a wider range of winds and it's easier to start with since water is flat (no waves).
The team is excellent too. Plenty of time and attention from the instructors and great communication.
I personally find smaller, less busy schools very important when it comes to learn new activities such as kitesurf. Mainly because of the attention and available time from the instructors to teach you skills and correct mistakes. You definitely get that here!
