I made a reservation to pick up Charlotte North Carolina. When I arrived at the airport I asked to be picked up. They called me and started asking if I had a valid driver license and a major credit card which I did, then asked for car insurance. When I told them that I don't have a car to have a car insurance they said that they can't rent a car to me. I called the main office which first said send us an email and then after waiting more than 20 minutes a lady came on who told me that they are independent dealer and they can't do anything about it. Needless to say no where in the conditions did they say that I have to have a car insurance.
Never again will I even consider renting from this company.
