After my previous therapist worsened my shoulder injury, leaving me with a lot of excruciating pain that lasted weeks and many sleep deprived nights, I came to CTClinic as it came highly recommended and of course seeing all of the positive reviews. After Ammar's kind introduction, he immediately located all the problem areas. You see the issue wasn't exactly my shoulder, it was my stiff back after years of sitting in a slouched position, fatigue and tension had begun building up causing surround muscles to tighten up also. After a single workout my body suddenly felt extreme pain and the next day, I could barely move my neck. The pain would travel from my shoulder blades all the way down to my finger tips, any form of stretching would end up inflaming these areas. The cherry on top was that I couldn't do a single pushup and my muscles on the right side went into atrophy. I'm quite athletic so before my injury I was able to do 30. After only two sessions of COPA therapy, my shoulder pain reduced significantly and I no longer had issues with sleep. We continued working throughout the back as we suspected this may have been caused by a pinched nerve in my spine. Initially, even with a delicate touch; the pain was so severe in almost every part of my back. However with time, even with Ammar's Hulk-like build pressing full force on the original areas of focus, the pain was almost completely gone, we could even chit chat during the procedure as opposed to my constant groaning in the first few sessions. Ammar is very well mannered and fun to talk to, always giving advice and never imposing. Arguably, one of the best forms of physical therapy he gave was the ones outside of the clinic i.e. maintaining good posture, small purchases like a laptop stand for your neck or even the correct way to sleep just to name a few. All of which started haunting me when I did not implement them and the pain started to creep back. I came with shoulder and back pain and left with a healthy body and a friend. And to top things off, not only can I do my 30 pushups again, I'm also pushing 100KG on the bench press 7 months later. 10/10
