The Edlen Team is really amazing. They’re helping me selling my house in Santa Monica, Ca. We had our first open house on 10/15 receiving very positive responses. Then offers started to come in, all higher than the asking price. It became multiple transactions. We multiple countered 4 buyers. The highest offer we received in the end is 5+% higher than the asking. We are opening the escrow (10/25) and expect to close smoothly.
