Great System for Luxury Villa Rentals
Overall: From the beginning the team was always helpful and support is great. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone looking for integrated website and reservations system to give it a try! Pros: We have been using 365 villas over 1 year now, we worked in the past with MyVR and after that AVANTIO and to date this is the best one we have used. They recently launched new rally good features that we have been requesting for years to other systems like having final total pricing when placing dated and searching for availability. Also the integrated websites they have now are really sleek and great looking for the Luxury Market. Cons: They took some time to enable VRBO and IRBNB inquiry only booking but now that feature is available and we currently have no more requests for them as everything works as we want it to.
