I had a worn out shoulder that is bone to bone. Surgery wasn't an option for me. To long of a downtime from work. Steroids helped but, were temporary. My experience has been so positive. I have completed the process and am so happy. I can work hard outside with the chainsaw and dig again. I have small limitations, but couldn't be any happier with my shoulder.
