Horrible customer service I put in an order that had one item back ordered. The company kept charging and crediting my account. I tried to get information from customer service about the status of the order and if they were going to keep repeatedly charging me for an item that wasn’t being shipped. No one would answer my questions. The were very rude and completely unhelpful. They kept putting me on hold and transferring me around. The last person I spoke to talked over me, refused to let me speak and hung up on me.
