In October I was delighted to enjoy a unique Paris experience with 'Cook 'n With Class'. For a very fun and full 5 days of cooking, eating, and drinking amidst conviviality with an excellent group of chefs and friends we learned new skills, techniques and methods of preparing a delicious 3 course meal each day.
We also spent a lovely day in the Champagne region tasting and learning about the grapes and techniques of making French Champagne. Everything about the week was well done and as promised. Thank you for a very special and memorable week in Paris!
