I absolutely loved working with Sophia. She is professional and knowledgeable, but also compassionate and empathetic. This meant a lot to me when I was feeling so overwhelmed with working through my health issues.
She never put pressure on me to do additional testing etc, but the test that she did suggest revealed useful information to me.
My sleep improved and energy levels stabilised quickly based on her food guidance.
