The equipment was great and we had lots of fun. The equipment was well packaged too. I had trouble contacting the organiser about rearranging the day for collection though. It was disappointing that phone calls kept going through to voicemail and when I emailed on a weekday, it was an out of office reply. Perhaps there is only one person to contact there.

I'm sorry that you had issues getting in contact with us.
Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to respond immediately to all the messages we receive 24/7, but do try our best to get through them as quickly as possible.
You contacted us over a weekend when your collection was booked for Monday, so were given no opportunity to respond during business hours.
Also, customers who want to keep equipment for longer than originally agreed must understand that this will incur additional charges.
FAQ's are available on our website to provide answers out of hours, in addition to the comprehensive welcome pack included with each hire package.
