Do not use this company. I went for a consultation they open an account and charged the credit card without my consent and it has been 3 months calling and disputing the transaction and i just received a payment schedule. They keep lying about the cancellation of the transaction. I’ll be looking for a law office to open a case next week and I’ll keep you all informed.

Hi Ana, We apologize - again - for the miscommunication in your deciding not to start treatment after all. Upon receiving your call regarding not proceeding with treatment, we immediately canceled your Care Credit transaction with us and requested an email confirmation from them to be sent to you. We've done this now twice and still showing the cancelation was processed on our end. In our office, we pride ourselves in providing the best care and service possible to our patients as evidenced by the many positive reviews.
