Honestly, a little disappointed with this company. Product came fine and is great but unfortunately I received the same product at my child’s birthday and because it was just after 30 days, they wouldn’t accept a return even though it’s still packaged and untouched. I reached out to the company hoping for some empathy and understanding but was sent flat responses pointing to the T&Cs. And I understand that those are the T&Cs and I accept them as my fate, but I know had I purchased an item from stores like Baby Bunting, Kidstuff, even Bonds, they would have happily worked out a solution, even if it would have been store credit. I feel like companies selling children’s items should be a little more understanding and flexible than Jadrem Toys is. All I can say is it’s just a disappointing customer service experience. Again, the product and delivery were absolutely fine.
