I spent six days at this beautiful retreat in the middle of November - perfect time if you want to fall in love with autumn in Italy. It’s a peaceful home to go to if you need to find tools and insight for how to live a present life. To just be. Mayadevi and Shintai who hosted this retreat was very warm and kind. They provided me a safe space to be present and in the optional sharing sessions they guided me with reflecting questions. The food was lovely and the hikes that were mapped out was a great way to take my mind into the moment. It was a unique experience that I’ll cherish within my heart, mind and body❤️
