Questionable sales practices - read this and do the research online Hi all. I want to warn people about this place. QC Kinetix presents themselves as offering some kind of miraculous cutting edge treatment with snazzy ads, but for the most part their focus is getting vulnerable people in pain on the hook for paying thousands of dollars of treatments by signing statements on the first day and then adamantly refusing any refunds when your pain doesn't improve -- or even gets worse. Just google and check out the chatboards. My brother came in and they relied on one X-ray to promise him relief with $8,000 in payments. Now my brother is worse off (MRI), his treatment isn't even complete and they're refusing refunds even though their written policy says they provide refunds for uncompleted treatment. He now needs hip replacement surgery and can't walk. The staff leader blamed it on one steroid shot, even though he wrote in a previous email that a steroid shot doesn't usually cause such a rapid deterioration. We have all the documentation. This company has won awards for their franchises -- it's not because they are compassionate health providers but because of their fast pace of profits through these hard sales tactics. Caveat emptor. The business tends to trash talk any critics, but just judge for yourself and do the research on the web, including from comments from some medical professionals who have done reviews. You'll see not an insignificant part of their profit success comes at the expense of preying on the vulnerable with questionable tactics.
