I went on a 4 day yoga and mindfulness retreat with Samadhi (David and Manu) a couple of weeks ago, and cannot recommend them highly enough. I didn't realise how deeply relaxed I could be - 4 days of yoga and meditation lets you release so much stress and everything in life has seemed a little easier since!😊
