Update: As of today Drivetime cause nearly $5000 worth of damage by installing the Lojack incorrectly. I am currently waiting for Drivetime to ship a new ECU to KIA which was suppose to arrive last Friday but they still have not shipped it. And this was after having the wiring harnesses replaced. If you buy a car from Drivetime have the lojack device inspected to make sure Drivetime didn't damage the vehicle. Absolutely the worst buying experience of my life and all Drivetime can say is I'm sorry they have offered no compensation for all my lost time at work or for the fact I have been making car payments since August and its now November and the car has been having mechanical failures since I bought the vehicle due to their subpar installation of the lojack device. Original: Drive time employee screwed up so badly installing the lojack GPS device that KIA dealer says my 2021 Kia Rio need 2 new wiring harnesses. This vehicle purchase has been nothing but a nightmare since I bought the car in August 2023. Customer Relations is a joke and I am unable to get ahold of anyone within the executive management team. Do not buy a car from Drivetime!
