The service before I have received the product was good. I requested a cut for 1670x750, and, unfortunately, the piece I have requested was not polished and corners were not packed properly. The pieces, that were marked as a leftover were polished. So the requested piece is not prepared to be used and I need to polish and cover it with protection again myself, which requires a lot of additional time, space and effort. After I have contacted the business, they've said "We assure 100% that piece 1670x750mm has been polished. For us this matter is closed"
Pretty good first impression, but awful customer support of the products delivered. Would recommend only if you live in Valencia and you have a car and could deliver the product back in case of any disappointments

Le agradecemos que publique los tableros en reseñas google para que se pueda apreciar la calidad del producto que como se puede comprobar todas las piezas han sido perfectamente pulidas.
En cuanto al embalaje indica que no era correcto, sin embargo no se aprecia ningún golpe en la entrega y usted tampoco ha indicado incidencia alguna, por lo que consideramos que la protección fue la correcta.
Finalmente indicar que no se aceptan devoluciones de modelos cortados a medida como es el caso.
