Many thanks to Michael Edlen and his team, for their wonderful job selling our father's Pacific Palisades home. Due to their hard work and savvy marketing, they priced the house right to generate multiple offers (most cash!), and a closing price well over asking.They met with us many times to refine the details of the listing and negotiating strategy, which delivered a sale transaction far above our expectations.
