I first contacted MSB in late 2021 about a new building, Peter and Louise have been my points of contact since. The building arrived exactly as planned, right at the front of the initial eta window.
Due to personal reasons I wasn't able to begin construction for a year, but upon contacting MSB and explaining it was as if I'd waited a day to let them know I was ready. A video meeting with helpful tips for building was quickly booked and attended. My emails are always replied to very quickly, often immediately and every query is answered without being made to feel like an idiot for asking.
The building has gone up without issue, everything has been well finished and perfectly sized.
I'd gladly recommend MSB to anyone considering a steel building, the customer service has been second to none and the building is spot on.
