Our family room tv went out and our warranty had just expired. I found Dan online, called him immediately and scheduled an appointment. He arrived promptly and knew exactly what the issue was. He gave us the best possible solution on how to fix the problem. He ordered the parts and fixed our TV within the week. He was quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, extremely nice and prompt in fixing our tv. I appreciate Dan and will definitely refer him to people experiencing TV issues.
