Was really pro Lakeview for a while, especially at their previous location in Cherry Hill. I referred multiple people, and loved my hygienist. Unfortunately, I think my hygienist went elsewhere, and I started to see a lot of new faces around, which seems like this might be a stepping stone for better jobs.
Here's my bad experience- It was my first appointment with a new hygienist (I can't remember her name), and had an appointment late in the day. Dr. Hill was working that day. The hygienist was gentle and very good. However, she said she was going to get Dr. Hill. I waited 45 minutes in the chair, and flagged down another hygienist (Stella)who asked what I was doing there. I had mentioned that I was waiting for Dr. Hill to do the final check. Apparently my hygienist had left for the day and never told Dr. Hill! He was very apologetic, and said that they would give me a Wawa Giftcard for the inconvenience. I went up to the front desk, and they said only the office manager can dispense the gift cards, so they would let her know and she would mail one to me. I never received the gift card for the inconvenience.
The next time, I told my new hygienist the story, and about how I never received the gift card. She came with me to check-out and told them the story and asked. We were told again that the office manager would have to mail one out.
So it could be far from the norm, but when someone says "Here's what we will do to make it right" and then doesn't do that, it leaves me looking elsewhere.
