Very similar experience to BIT ITS review below. We continued to be invoiced for charges long after we gave notice that we wished to leave CSNotepad. Eventually we just paid up as the endless harassment for payment was just becoming too stressful.
We never chose to use this company. We were handed over from a company they acquired. Pretty much from day one, the service went downhill. Call messages were next to useless and we received an increased number of messages which were clearly junk calls.
We have been with our new provider for 3 months now (https://imyourpa.co.uk/) and what a difference! Similar price point but the service is incomparable. There is a small dedicated team who answer our call lines and are all super helpful and friendly. They have even set up a process so any new leads that come in are screened through my Calendly booking page questions, and if suitable, an appointment is booked!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and I can only apologise that the service didn't meet your expectations.
We did acquire your provider following the sad passing of its owner, but all of the staff were kept on and we never changed your team of receptionists, all of your calls were still being answered by the same people, so I'm disappointed that you felt the service went downhill as nothing had changed.
We've checked the system for complaints but can't see any from you regarding your calls, but will still discuss this with your team as we want customers to receive the best service possible.
I've looked into your invoices and the payment of £30 + vat was for your subscription during your 1-month notice period, there aren't any other charges on your account, so I'm sorry if this was an unexpected expense as it should have been clear from your confirmation email when your account was closing.
Again, we are sorry that we haven’t met your expectations and hope you will be happy with your new provider.
