Warren Nelson is very informative. He knows how to teach and he's very patient he's not going to stop until you got it. He teaches how to pass the state exam and how to run your business. It's like two classes in one. I learnt a lot from him and I'm looking forward to take the state exam soon. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who wants to started in real estate.
