My first engagement with Neon and they passed with flying colors. First appointment window started at 10 am and arrived at 9:59 which was very punctual. Guys were very clean and wore booties in the home when cleaning. Had them clean my outside upper floor windows as well as my very high inside uppers and they all look great. Now have a much clearer view of the strip at night thanks to Neon! In addition I had a change in plans to have them clean my bay windows that overlook my pool and they didn't hesitate in cleaning those even though it was not part of the original scope of work. Neon also provides other services including screen repair and doing new screens as well. Great first experience and will use them again for cleaning and other services for my window maintenance.
