04/01/24 I had to call John the Plumber again for a cracked pipe see below. Also the Faucet that Mark installed 3 months go was becoming shaky because there’s a large hole in the laminate counter. I purchased an under mount brass plate for issues like these for moving faucets. Moen model.
Mark called me when he would be arriving. He was professional and clean and took off his shoes to keep my floor clean. He corrected the shaky faucet and installed a new pipe. He cleaned up everything and took away all the garbage and debris.

Mark had to come back for a small leak from the shifting of the pipes. He called and arrived when he said he would. He inspected it and tightened the area necessary. That solved the issue for the leak. Great service! Thanks Mark!
