Ordered 10t of soil on 26th December, despite no email confirming a delivery date, or a response to my chaser on 27th Dec, they proceeded to deliver at 8am on Jan 2nd. This wouldn’t have been an issue if we had notice, however I was out at work, we had two cars on the drive to move, and had no time to prepare the area. Really poor communication and I’ve not even seen if the soil is any good yet.

To ensure we understood the severity of the matter, we have spoken to both our delivery driver and controller respectively. Unfortunately, as your order came in between Christmas and New Year, our offices were closed during this time. Our team ensured that your delivery was carried out on our first load of the New Year. As our driver successfully delivered the load of soil onto the sheet provided by you and the delivery document was signed, we were unaware of any concerns.
