Melanie Davies, gave me the tools and confidence for a wonderful hypnobirthing experience. In just a few online sessions together, she helped me to connect to my breath, to find relaxation and create anchors to hold onto that supported me through my Pregnancy, labour and birth. She helped me feel like I was in control the whole time, and also gave my partner the skills to support me and understand hypnobirthing. The sessions were great and she also recorded me guided relaxation audio clips for continued support when we weren't together. Melanie I can’t thank you enough
