My husband and I wanted to replace our countertops in three bathrooms. My plan was to use Lowe's to have the countertops replaced. Once i had the quote and signed the contract, I asked for the name of the contractor that would complete the installation. Once I was given the name of the company, I researched the company and due to a vast amount of negative comments I chose to cancel the contract.
I researched countertop installers in Houston and came across Houston Granite Guy. Because of the high Google ratings, I reached out to Phil to get a quote.
My husband and I met with Phil in our home to discuss our needs. I chose the quartz countertop and he provided us with the quote. I'm glad that we chose to work with Phil. He was responsive to my text messages and my questions throughout the process.
On the day of installation, his men were professional and were expeditious in completing the job, as well as removing the old countertops. The installation was completed in one day.
It was a pleasure working with Phil and his workers.
