Slightly strange showroom that you have to book to visit but when you do, Paul and Sue are great at showing you round and explaining all the details. They were able to get ours installed before Chrismas (about 2 weeks from ordering, due to a cancellation) and Jason was able to install it quickly (and cleanly). Really pleased with it and Esher Fireplaces have been great, thoroughly recommended.
It was a pleasure working with you both, we hope you enjoy your new stove. Since COVID we have adopted an appointment system at the showroom which allows us to spend quality, individual time with each client. Maybe not conventional but hopefully you agree it adds to the experience. Many thanks once again.
