I was really apprehensive but read the reviews and applied for the deedpoll on the Friday and got it the following week. Very nice quality deedpoll. I know I could've written one myself but this takes that hassle away. The communication from the office was amazing. They tell you what's happening and when to expect your paperwork. Very high quality.
