This service is amazing. I live abroad and had to change my child's name in the UK. The process with the Deed Poll Office was so easy. They answered all of my initial questions quickly via email. I filled in the documents online, and they were processed within a day or so. I received my official documents via airmail very soon after. They also emailed me to follow up with the next steps and also a check in after that. I am very happy with their service and I would highly recommend them to others.
