I used the service (tenant report and rent guarantee) few times. The service is great, very quick and efficient. The tenant reports have all the info needed for landlords to make the decision. The reports were available in no time. Hannah as account manager is easy to work with and always promptly answered all questions and processed all the applications immediately.
