Excellent service, great partnership, VERY happy customers We are really impressed with the support and partnership with Rooftop Rooms. Very open and honest, with a clear indication of additional costs should we want to tweak the design of the loft from the initial brief, which of course we did as the project evolved. Communication was great, and when small things went wrong, as they inevitably do, they jumped on it and fixed it quickly, and without a fuss. We needed a quick turn around and they didn't disappoint, even though this was scheduled over the summer holidays. Our daughter loves her new room and the office is perfect for us - we are a VERY happy family!
