Less than an hour from my call to an unclogged drain line. The technician responded in 20 minutes and offered good service at a fair price. I would recommend First Class to anyone seeking plumbing services.
Within a week signs of the problem returned. Those things DO happen. I called First Class on a Saturday and was first in line to have another visit on Monday. It wasn't "an emergency" so I passed getting service late Saturday or Sunday. There was no charge for the second call. My technician cleared the clog again then performed some additional steps to hopefully insure this would be his last visit. He was also helpful in suggesting things we could do routinely to help clean the drains.
Three days later I got a call to make sure everything was still working properly, In short First Class lives up to their name in service.
