Poor Customer Service Update: now after making me jump through a ton of hoops and everything else they didn't actually reserve the phone I ordered and now refuse to sell it to me. Mind you I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD TO REACH OUT THEY DIDNT REACH PUT TO ME. I honestly can't believe they treat their customers like this. I have spent over a month getting the runaround. I have been a customer for 4 years and completed 4 purchases in that time. I have always paid on time and matter of fact I've paid extra and early on every order. Now on this last order, I had to jump through hoops to provide both paystubs for a month for both jobs and Account Statements. They would not take the account statements and we had to go back and forth now they finally took my account statement but refused to process my order until my next payment payment was processed. I am paid almost $500 ahead on that order and I feel like I am getting the run around for no reason. Just go with another service if you want a straightforward buying process. Now they are threatening me that if I try and cancel my order they will stop me from placing orders in the future.
