We went to the Lancaster location for our Dodger's classes. Got a brief tour some weeks earlier, was so impressed with the grounds. We scheduled the first available session with their trainer Alex. He, along with the rest of the staff, have been incredibly helpful and personable throughout the entire 6 weeks. We started with a class of 3 but some weeks we were outside with 2 others. We were able to message anytime about "homework" and the e-collar curriculum. Everyone in the family marked a significant improvement in Dodger's overall poise and behavior post-program. And he actually listens to us now.
There's a Remind app for the progression of the program but we never got the QR code to get setup so we never used it until last day. Canine Academy is topnotch, put the time in, and your dog will be the better for it.
Alex talked highly of Dodger and the progress he made! We can't wait to you all at group class.
