My wife and I live in northern California (Sausalito) and when my elderly brother died in November, we needed to sell his condominium in Pacific Palisades.A friend of my brother recommended the Edlen Group and Tati Weiss became the lead agent. After two weekend open houses there were multiple bidders and Tati prepared an excell spread sheet of the bids, which we discussed in a ZOOM meeting. After further bids and more discussion by phone, the condo sold for $350,000 more than the asking price and the whole process, including escrow, took place in less than four weeks. Living 400 miles away, I was pleasantly surprised by how streamlined and seamless the process was and attribute the excellent result to Tati's hard work and communicaing skills.
