First and last time. Treated me like an employee rather than a paying customer and were paranoid about past issues with Uber Pick-Up, hence, needing further confirmation via app. Phone wasn't allowing wifi connection.
Order canceled, another merchant it is.

Hi Gilbert, I am sorry to see that you left a 1-star review. However, this matter is regarding a Uber pickup in which you weren’t able to confirm pickup on your end, therefore we are not allowed to complete the transaction. I even tried to help you connect to our Wi-Fi and my personal hotspot but your phone was not capable of doing so. Any additional concerns can be taken up with Uber as we were properly following protocol. Thank you.
