I paid for Martin's services starting in January as I was experiencing Gut problems including constant constipation and discomfort. From the first meeting Martin was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me the information regarding how the gut reacts to certain foods in a way that was easy to understand. He set me out a plan of action including changing my diet and introducing certain foods and supplements and within 5 weeks my gut was completely different. I really enjoyed the change of diet we implemented and now it has become the norm in my day to day life. Even testing certain foods to see which were the culprits for my gut problems.
