Innovation Ecosystem Program
We were given the resources, knowledge, and assistance we needed by Appleton Greene's Innovation Ecosystem program to integrate innovation into our company culture.
A complex network of interconnected relationships between the resources in the market, similar to a biological one, creates a live, breathing ecosystem in which one aspires to develop. This ecosystem comprises customers, employees, business practices, and strategies. To successfully implement an innovation strategy, product executives must have a solid understanding of the variety of goods a company offers and its ecosystems.
I loved that the program was inspiring, motivational, and educational, but I was impressed the program was used to facilitate implementation. This is the fundamental value proposition.
