Litfad is a scam
They shipped us a lamp that did not work. When I asked how to exchange it, they demanded videos and photos and wouldn't just tell me how to initiate a return. Months later, they are asking me for "photos of all 6 sides of the original box"- honestly, who does this? They are a scam. Do not order from them.
