Digital Supply-Chain According to 82% of supply chain leaders, problems will worsen or stay the same over the next six to twelve months. This indicates that disruption and unpredictability are now expected in the global supply chain. In 2022, more than 80% of businesses experienced significant problems, and according to supply chain experts, the most vulnerable sectors in 2023 will be the food, petrol, and chip industries. Rising costs, geopolitical uncertainty, a lack of transportation capacity, a shortage of essential components, and erratic customer demand are the primary challenges supply chain managers must overcome. We enrolled in Appleton Greene's Digital Supply Chain program to address these issues. Through this program, we strengthened linkages with present suppliers and consumers, built stronger supplier relationships, and implemented tactics like depending on close suppliers minimizing supplier reliance on a single region. This was helpful because it gave us a new perspective and the means to adjust as necessary. We were confident that we were appropriately reserved as a result. We needed to invest in Appleton Greene's Digital Supply-Chain program to increase our agility and resilience. There is still work to be done because not all processes have been automated, but we are on the right track.
