Had an amazing experience learning to free dive and conquer my fears. The instructors are brilliant.
I went to Malta for a week to learn to free dive and to challenge myself to overcome my fear of being underwater. Went with my brother and this course was the best thing I have ever done. The instructor I had, Arturo, was amazing and his decades of experience made learning freediving from as easy as breathing. He was really patient with me, and in a few days I conquered me lly fears and passed. I leant so much from this course including controlling my fears and now can use these skills to challenge my other fears. I would recommend this course and diving school to anyone looking for a bit of fun or want to challenge themselves. Definitely worth it!!
