Appleton Greene’s Continuous Improvement program taught us that, for our company to continuously improve, we had to continuously improve as individuals. Our key employees all have and require different skills, which meant we all had to improve personally in different ways. Once we recognized this, we sourced better training and ensured we all put at least 10% of our time into self-development. The result was more intuitive human resources and a more innovative company.
