I'd give -5 stars, if I could If there was a way to give -5 stars, I would give that. I got this random email from eDreams congratulating me for signing up for eDreams Prime, which I NEVER did. I tried to find their contact number online but the most feasible way seemed to be to have to download the app to find the number there. I finally found the number, when I was put in contact with the agent, I said immediately I didn't sign up for this membership and wanted to cancel. The agent on the phone proceeded to insist at least 7 times about all the benefits of the Prime subscription. I explicitly said at least 3 times that he was not going to achieve anything by repeating the same thing, in fact he was going to achieve the opposite. I got pretty frustrated, it was like we were speaking two different languages. What a terrible approach eDreams. If that's how they try to convince customers, they should seriously realise this is 2024.
